You will receive confirmation of your ticket purchase by email. Set your email to accept all email from orders@heritagemusicfest.com

Actual Passes will be mailed TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT

*** NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for any reason. Once items are purchased, they are NON-REFUNDABLE

In the event the festival is postponed and rescheduled, all purchasers agree to accept a re-issued ticket/VIP pass in lieu of refund.
